“Swissport owner PAI Partners close to takeover Flightcare”

Several Spanish news sources report that the acquisition of the Belgian Flightcare handler is in the finishing phase. This is reported by Belgian hln.be. Leading contender to take over Flightcare is the venture capital group PAI Partners, also owner of Swissport.
